Whether you can't make it to one on one training or you want to go the extra mile, Zoom classes are a perfect option to add some extra sweat sessions to your week. All classes are on a "pay-what-you-can" basis, or what we like to call an energy exchange. Time doesn't fit your schedule? No worries, all classes are recorded and can be sent to you to enjoy at any time.

​

Minimal equipment is required for the sessions, ideally: a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells, a booty band, and a jump rope. If you are missing any of these, no biggie! We always provide options/alternatives throughout the class.

​

The 8-week cycle (5 days of work and 2 days of rest)  has been developed with four main purposes: burn fat, tone, build lean muscle, and increase general strength.

This program has been developed with three main purposes: build muscle (hypertrophy), increase general strength and burn fat.

 

It is a 8 weeks cycle, to be repeated 2-3 times after a deload week with 6 days of training and 1 rest day.
